Howay pet
We made it to England's North East on an overnight plane trip. I am pleased to announce that Shirley Valentine has finally returned to England WITH her husband. I sat next to them on the plane. She (and a whole lot of other people just like her) were returning to the north from their Spanish holiday.
We are now staying at Geoff and Julie's in Darlington and are planning our trip to Scotland next week.
The focus for the boys is the cricket - they are having a couple of training sessions - one with the Darlington R.A. juniors on Friday night and again at Darlington Sunday morning.
We have met up with a bunch of old friends and have many more to see.

Grande hola
Hola amigos.
Again just a quick update. We are in El Campello on Spanish Coast - Costa Blanca - not far from Valencia.
Busy holiday season seems to have just got busier now that August is upon us.
¡Estupendo! Precioso.
We are spending muchos time on la playa. It has been hot every day. George has shown no ill effects since tonsil removal on June 20th. Will tangled with a very nice surgeon in the south of France - four stitches and removal of benign cyst in chest. Apart from suffering the occasional bout of too much sun and surf (good waves for kids here surprisingly enough) we are all fighting fit.
It has been great seeing Geoff Perry again and enduring once again to his endless, witty nothern English patter. Pleased to have finally caught up with Julie and Ned.
Loads of Tapas. Just the right amount of San Miguel. Holidays...

Bonjour
Just a quick hello from Bidart - internet time is limited so I'm working against the clock. We are loving the Basque country and we are enjoying a great holiday. Simon & Nadia are spoiling us. We managed to tick off a few tourist destinations in Paris.
