Europe... fading memories

Now that life has returned to 'normal' we have found it hard to even contemplate spending time on the blog revisiting our holiday. Not sure how to do justice to our trip to Europe, the places we've been and the friends we've been reunited with. It's been three weeks since we've even tried.
Spain needs attention, and France... and England.

The Colonel - who on this occasion is flat on his back on account of the fact I am yet to work out how to rotate a photo on the blog using a Mac. Connections with the Colonel go back to 1984. Still believes I could bat a bit. Liver needs a rest (HIS, mine's fine). Great to see him.

Amanda and Julie. Last night in Darlington with Geoff & Julie. Between moments of hilarity, a sombre time. Long distance friendships are wonderful. Farewell's are tough. Thanks Geoff, Julie and Ned for your hospitality, kindness and friendship.

Prancing in the heather above Falkland, Fife.

St. (would you please mind telling your children to get off the monuments) Andrews.

Ahem.... St. Andrews again.
